Ivareska Marquez is the creative leader behind The Air Agency, where she dives into the exciting world of communication and advertising. A Journalism graduate with a Master’s degree in Marketing from Georgetown University, Ivareska has spent over 15 years developing innovative strategies for top brands both locally and internationally.

From 2010 to 2013, she worked in the press office for the Mayor of Caracas, honing her communication skills in high-pressure environments. Later, from 2017 to 2019, she played a key role in the campaign for Debbie Mucarsel-Powell at NOW Strategies. In 2019, Ivareska decided it was time to start her own journey, founding The Air Agency.
